Kemi Oguntoye

– Integrative-Relational Trauma Psychotherapist
– Sexologist
– EMDR Practitioner (Traditional and Holistic)

Supporting individual clients  through their experiences of Trauma, Childhood sexual abuse, Anxiety and Sexual issues.

As someone who understands the depth of human experiences, I am here to provide compassionate support for individuals navigating through trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, and sexual issues.

Anxiety often emerges as the primary reason for seeking counseling, whether it’s social anxiety, health concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or panic disorder. It’s important to recognize that in your journey, you are not alone.

Research conducted in the UK reveals that as many as 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men have encountered some form of sexual abuse before the age of 18. However, it’s essential to acknowledge that childhood abuse takes various forms, extending beyond the sexual realm. It might involve having a parent who struggled to regulate their emotions, being invalidated in your emotional experiences, or feeling unseen and unheard by caregivers.

These traumatic experiences can manifest in various ways, including anxiety, depression, patterns of dysfunctional relationships, or a struggle to prioritize self-care and self-acceptance.

Know that you’re not alone in facing these challenges, and I’m here to offer understanding and support as you navigate your healing journey.

Paul oluwatosin

– Somatic Experiencing & EMDR Practitioner
– Trauma Informed Holistic Coach

As someone deeply committed to your healing journey, I want to introduce you to Somatic Experiencing and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), two powerful trauma treatments rooted in harnessing the wisdom of your nervous system and drawing from indigenous traditional practices such as breathwork and movement. These therapies are specifically tailored to address Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), offering profound opportunities for healing.

My approach to supporting individuals, couples, and groups is holistic in nature, honoring the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. By embracing this integrative mindset, we can delve into the depths of trauma with a trauma-informed perspective, paving the way for greater self-awareness and healing.

By adopting this integrative approach, you’ll not only enhance your personal well-being but also enrich your relationships, empowering yourself to establish healthy boundaries and navigate challenging situations with greater ease.

For those interested in exploring spiritual well-being, I offer the option to integrate indigenous spirituality into your holistic wellness journey, should it resonate with you.

With extensive experience in working with military personnel and individuals affected by war trauma, I specialize in guiding individuals through healing from PTSD using Somatic EMDR techniques. Your journey toward life synergy, optimal wellness, and self-reflection begins here, and I am here to provide unwavering support as you embark on this transformative path towards empowerment and healing.
