Cancellation Policy

There may be occasions when you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled sessions. In such circumstances, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice via text to inform me of your need to cancel or reschedule.

Upon receiving your notice, I will make every effort to accommodate your needs by finding an alternative appointment time within the same week, if necessary. If no rescheduling is required, I will confirm our next scheduled appointment.

It’s important to note that I do not impose a cancellation fee if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation. However, in the event of a missed appointment without prior notification, the full session fee will be charged.
